A ship will be converted into a floating hotel to be moored next to the former royal yacht Britannia, now a tourist attraction in Edinburgh's port of Leith. The MV Windsor Castle, was launched in 1963, the last ship built by the Blythswood Shipbuilding Company in Glasgow. After a conversions costing nearly £1m the hotel is scheduled to open with 25 rooms in Spring 2016.
