Passengers trying to book Air Nostrum flights between Luton airport and Vigo, in north west Spain may have wondered whether the service had been postponed. The airline is an Iberia franchise operator. When I called Iberia's reservations centre on April 5 I was told there were no Air Nostrum flights from Luton. True, strictly speaking. The service was launched on March 30 and there were two round trips on April 4. Now there won't be any more until July 13 and then they'll run until the end of September. Why on earth couldn't Iberia have explained this? Can you find this information on Air Nostrum's website? No. Unless I'm missing something you can't even book them there. Sometimes, you feel like banging your head against the wall.
